Where to take the ferry from Brindisi to Vlorë

Ferries from Brindisi to Vlorë depart from Terminal Terrare in the Costa Morena area of the port of Brindisi. Costa Morena is around 4 km from Brindisi Centrale railway station and approximately 8 km from Brindisi Airport.

The terminal area has ferry ticket offices and basic passenger services, while cafés, restaurants, shops, hotels and car-rental agencies are available closer to the city center. Short- and long-term parking options are available near the port, but availability may be limited during the summer.

How to get to the port of Brindisi

• By car: follow signs for Porto, Zona Industriale and Costa Morena. If you are arriving from the south on the SS16, take the exit toward Lecce/Zona Industriale/Porto and then follow signs for Porto/Costa Morena.
• From Brindisi Centrale railway station: the STP AP bus connects Piazza Crispi outside the station with Costa Morena in 15-20 min.
• From Brindisi Airport: the STP AP circular bus from the airport to Costa Morena takes approximately 25-30 min.
• By taxi: a ride to the port normally takes around 10-15 min from the airport and about 10 min from the city center.

Where does the ferry arrive in Vlorë?

Ferries from Brindisi arrive at the port of Vlorë, close to the entrance on Rruga Hektor Shyti. The port is located on Vlorë’s waterfront, approximately 1-2 km from the downtown area and around 3 km from the Old Town.
